【The foreign student program】Beef Noodles Braised Pork on Rice 留学生プログラム「牛肉麵と滷肉飯」

Today we are show you the foreign student program.

Today's subject is 「Taiwan Traditional Food:Beef Noodles Braised Pork on Rice」


We learn how to cook the food with the Taiwanese students who studied in DAICHO.

Today's menu is Beef Noodles Braised Pork on Rice.
Beef Noodles which use the beef sinew to simmer and match with the soup.
Braised Pork on Rice which use the pork to braised with plenty of spicy ingredients and then put on the rice.


Before the cooking, we learn the ingredients which we used this time, and how to say it in Japanese.

After the explain and demostration, everyone start to make the dish.

And here is the delisious food we made it.

Now we can also eat the Taiwan triadtional food at DAICHO.
