【Mitarashi Dango】

In the winter, it is the most delicious of season in Japan
Which say in Japanese " Kabura"and  also called in the western Japan in "Kabu"

See! How huge it is

The other next step,
we have to slice the Sparidae.


The students who studying in DAICHO,
we have practicing everyday, so it get used to it.

Just not only the Sparidae, but also the other kind of fish
because in DIACHO, where have everyday training.


The students also have to learn communicate with other students
to complete the dish.

Not only the communicate but also to work in a team!
To make it more fast to get goal.

Mitarashi Dango is a traditional Japanese sweets.
It is made by rice flour.

Why it is called Mitarashi Dango?

That is because there is a river where named "Mitarashi",
and there start to sell these sweets.

So that's the reason~where it came from

The beginning, which have to mix the rice flour and glutinous rice flour together.
To make it more chew~

Learn the knowledge and to make the most delicious sweets.


When it goes for everyday training,
it comes the other special training in DIACHO

Banquet training which have to make the hole school's lunch,
and it is start it at first year.
