Practical Classes have started at DAICHO!

2020.06.09

Hello everyone!
Thank you for visiting the DAICHO blog.

Cooking classes have started !

From May 16th, restrictions on the use of special training schools were lifted in Osaka Prefecture, and along with that, practical training classes at DAICHO started✽~

Even though the online classes had already started, students have been waiting to go to school!
※Classes are held in small groups to prevent infection.

Class starts like this!

We follow the "New Coronavirus Infection Control Guidelines" on campus, as well as "Standard Measures for Prevention of Infection Spread" established by Osaka Prefecture.

Let's see the class scenery!!

Now, let's take a look at the classes of each grade! First of all, the first year class

Let's practice! I would like to say ..., but first of all, we will teach the students carefully how to wear a cock coat, how to use equipment etc.
We will take steps from the kitchen knife sharpening and cutting section.

Wear a mask and practice while keeping a social distance.

Next is the second year class

This class is also the beginning of the practice,,,,It seems that they are exchanging opinions.

Hmmm, what is this...?

Actually, this is a product development class!
In the second year, we will hold output classes instead of just input classes.

This time, we are devising a menu for a limited time store of "Patisserie Potager", a store specializing in healthy sweets.
(The picture below is a product of Patisserie Potager)

Students are motivated by the fact that the selected works are commercialized.

Like this ,We were able to see the lively students😊

Today, society is changing at an unprecedented speed.

It's a tough day, but it's not the strong or clever people who can survive this era, but the "people who can respond to change."

DAICHO students will think even more by themselves, cooperate with friends, and step by step.

It's the start of school life with the smiles on students' faces 🎵
Let's be positive!
