We had a product development presentation for Dashi Chazuke （Rice with Soup Stock）on Friday, Sept. 23rd.

The theme was "Make Using ingredients and tea from Hannan City" 👀.

This class of 2nd year students has been working on product development practice since around the end of their first year.
Seasoning, technical skills, and conceptualization skills have improved overall 👏

Mayor Kenji Mizuno of Hannan City also attended the judging.🌈

Many other people with connections to Hannan City were also present, including Yakiniku Tamura, which is owned by Tamura Kenji, the hometown ambassador of Hannan City, Ito En, and members of Osaka Prefectural Izumi Tottori High School 🌞.

Receiving valuable feedback from the judges, we will improve the quality of our product development and deepen the students' learning💪
