Chocolate product development
After receiving a very strong response last year, we have developed another Senshu Chocolate product this year!
This year's theme ingredients are "Senboku Lemon" and " Plum in Sennan City" 🍋.
Both of these ingredients have a strong acidity and are difficult to combine with chocolate.
DAICHO students' ideas and skills showed through in their product development👍.

The lemon was so acidic that it separated from the cream when making the ganache, but each group managed to finish it!

During the presentation, some students passionately said, "I thought we needed to accentuate the texture to make people want to eat a second or even a third piece of the product 😊.
We received feedback from the chocolate development department of a major food company and the president of a confectionery store, and the Senshu Chocolate presentation was completed for another year!
The experience of having a product that you have designed and developed go out to customers is extremely valuable!
