A barista instructor gave a special class!

We learned how to use an espresso machine and latte art ☕️.

In the class, students will learn about coffee and will also learn how to use an espresso machine.

(1) dosing (packing the powder)

(2) Leveling (distributing the coffee evenly)

(3) Tamping (pressing)

After that, they also learned latte art.

While watching the demonstration, the students simulated the process with their hands!

I wonder if I can do it well? 

With the support of Ms. Nozato, the students tried again and again.

Some students even tried making a heart shape💗 on their own the second time! ✨
