【Career Introduction】Taiwan Foreign Student Work in Patissiere~

Today we are going to share for you,
the graduate form DAICHO,what are they doing while they went back to hometown~~

This time having a introduction of Taiwan foreign student,
who graduated form 2017 year,studied in Confisur for one year "謝雨潔"!!(Sye u jye)

謝,when she studied in DAICHO, she had studied in Japanese School "日本関西外語日本語学校"
Then she started to study in DAICHO.


she loves to make the cake and bread,
so she wants to learn more about it.
Then she decided to study in Japan, because the Patissire are really famous in the world.

She decided to study in DAICHO ,because the "Everyday Training".
Which can learn more and earn the experience faster!!





Right now, she work in Tainan, where in the south in the Taiwan.
The shop calls "3/4patissiere".

There is the photo's about the cakes, which design by the owner.
At working, she usually work in the kitchen and make all the kind of cakes. 



Using what she learned in DAICHO, so it is so important to learn the skill than brand.

And that she could work in the kitchen, because she spent a lot of time on praticing of baking cakes.
So she coule get used to work more faster.


At the cake shop, you also can see the menu, how the owner desigh about it.
So it says the importance about creating your own menu.

The menu is not just only for recond but also for remind yourself of the process of baking.
So that you wont forget the past what you had do before. 



Sometimes you also can use the menu for creating new creation.
DAICHO knews that it is really important for everyone to have their own menu, so we do have to write our own menu by ourslves.



In the shop, which display a famous Chef who come form Japan.
Tells us that famous Chef also came to the shop, too. 💖💖

The famous also came to the school for teaching special lesson.
謝,she saw the news and then decide to study in DAICHO.
It's a very precious chance to work at a famous Chef who had came to the shop.


During this introduction, 
let everyone know about when you searching for Patissiere job,
it depends on "Do you have the skill".

So it really important, what can you learn for school.





At DAICHO, we have "Everyday Training", so you do have more time to level up yourself. 
It is very good way to training for yourself.
